Instructions
- Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits if not already pitted.
- Stir ricotta with a drizzle of honey, vanilla, and optional cinnamon/orange zest.
- Spoon or pipe ricotta mixture into each date.
- Sprinkle generously with chopped pistachios.
- Drizzle honey over the tops for shine.
- Chill 10 minutes for firmer texture (optional).
- Serve as a bite-sized sweet appetizer or dessert.
