Ingredients
- Salmon fillets (cut into bites)
- Butter
- Garlic (minced)
- Honey (2 tbsp)
- Soy sauce (1 tbsp)
- Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- Salt & pepper
- Chives or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season salmon bites lightly with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a hot skillet, add garlic, and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add salmon bites and sear on each side until golden and just cooked.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice to form a sticky glaze.
- Toss salmon gently to coat, letting the sauce bubble and thicken for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat once glossy and caramelized.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or chives and serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of honey based on your sweetness preference.
