Ingredients

- 1 cup fruit juice (strawberry, orange, or raspberry)
- 2 tbsp gelatin powder (unflavored)
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1–2 drops food coloring (optional)
- Granulated sugar for coating
- Heart-shaped silicone molds
Instructions
- In a saucepan, pour fruit juice and sprinkle gelatin evenly on top. Let bloom for 5 minutes.
- Heat gently over low flame, stirring until gelatin and sugar (or honey) dissolve completely.
- Add coloring if desired and mix until smooth.
- Pour into heart molds and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Pop gummies out of molds and toss lightly in granulated sugar for a sparkling finish.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
