Description

Soft, chewy, and sparkling with sugar — these fruity heart gummies are the sweetest way to share love!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fruit juice (strawberry, orange, or raspberry)
  • 2 tbsp gelatin powder (unflavored)
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 12 drops food coloring (optional)
  • Granulated sugar for coating
  • Heart-shaped silicone molds

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, pour fruit juice and sprinkle gelatin evenly on top. Let bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat gently over low flame, stirring until gelatin and sugar (or honey) dissolve completely.
  3. Add coloring if desired and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour into heart molds and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
  5. Pop gummies out of molds and toss lightly in granulated sugar for a sparkling finish.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • Experiment with different fruit juices for varied flavors.
  • Ensure the molds are clean and dry before pouring the mixture.
  • For a vegan option, substitute honey with agave syrup.
