Ingredients

  4. Roll dough into balls, flatten with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake until lightly golden and set; cool completely.
  6. Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and milk until creamy.
  7. Sandwich filling between cooled cookies and gently press.
