Instructions

- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt to form a soft dough.
- Roll dough into balls, flatten with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake until lightly golden and set; cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and milk until creamy.
- Sandwich filling between cooled cookies and gently press.
