Description

A delicious twist on the classic Big Mac, these Homemade Big Mac Wraps feature all the iconic flavors wrapped in a warm tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices Cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Dill pickles, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for griddle
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp Paprika or garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, and onion; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir together mayo, ketchup, mustard, and relish to make the special sauce.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Layer beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and drizzle with special sauce.
  5. Roll tightly into wraps, folding in the sides.
  6. Heat a skillet with butter or oil and griddle wraps seam-side down until golden.
  7. Slice in half and serve hot with extra sauce.
