- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 Large flour tortillas
- 4 slices Cheddar or American cheese
- 1 cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 Onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup Dill pickles, chopped
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Olive oil or butter for griddle
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1/4 cup Sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp Paprika or garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, and onion; drain excess fat.
- Stir together mayo, ketchup, mustard, and relish to make the special sauce.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Layer beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and drizzle with special sauce.
- Roll tightly into wraps, folding in the sides.
- Heat a skillet with butter or oil and griddle wraps seam-side down until golden.
- Slice in half and serve hot with extra sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
- These wraps can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a quick meal.
