Ingredients
- Ground turkey
- Crushed tomatoes
- Kidney beans
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Bell peppers

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onion and bell peppers until soft.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Brown ground turkey, breaking it up until fully cooked.
- Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
- Add crushed tomatoes, beans, and chicken broth.
- Simmer uncovered for 35–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season to taste and serve topped with cheese, sour cream, and herbs.
