Ingredients

  • Ground turkey
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Kidney beans
  • Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Bell peppers

  • Chili powder

  • Tomato paste
  • Chicken broth
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Cheddar cheese (for topping)
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onion and bell peppers until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Brown ground turkey, breaking it up until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
  5. Add crushed tomatoes, beans, and chicken broth.
  6. Simmer uncovered for 35–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Season to taste and serve topped with cheese, sour cream, and herbs.
