Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into even squares.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on half of the squares.
- Add ham and cheese slices, then cover with another pastry square; seal edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle lightly with black pepper.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
