Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C / 325°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter; press into liners to form crusts.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Mix in eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and green food coloring.
  5. Spoon filling over crusts, smoothing tops.
  6. Bake until just set, 18–20 minutes; cool completely.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours, then top with whipped cream and festive sprinkles.
