Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C / 325°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter; press into liners to form crusts.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and green food coloring.
- Spoon filling over crusts, smoothing tops.
- Bake until just set, 18–20 minutes; cool completely.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, then top with whipped cream and festive sprinkles.
