Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Cucumber, grated
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 Pita bread

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and dill to create a marinade.
  2. Coat chicken with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
  3. Grill chicken on medium-high heat until cooked through and slightly charred. Slice into strips.
  4. For tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Warm pita bread slightly and fill with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sliced chicken.
  6. Spoon tzatziki sauce generously over the top.
  7. Wrap tightly and serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
