- 4 Chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Cucumber, grated
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 Pita bread
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and dill to create a marinade.
- Coat chicken with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
- Grill chicken on medium-high heat until cooked through and slightly charred. Slice into strips.
- For tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Warm pita bread slightly and fill with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sliced chicken.
- Spoon tzatziki sauce generously over the top.
- Wrap tightly and serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
