Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts or thighs (sliced or grilled)
  • Flatbreads or pita
  • Harissa paste
  • Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Greek yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Cherry tomatoes (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 20–30 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-sear chicken until deeply browned; slice into strips.
  3. Stir harissa into Greek yogurt to create a spicy, creamy drizzle.
  4. Warm flatbreads and spread a layer of harissa-yogurt sauce.
  5. Add sliced chicken, crumbled feta, tomatoes, and red onions.
  6. Roll the wraps tightly and sear briefly in a hot pan for the charred exterior.
  7. Finish with parsley and serve with extra harissa sauce.
