Ingredients
- Wide pasta (pappardelle or tagliatelle)
- Gorgonzola cheese

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve a splash of pasta water.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet; sauté mushrooms until golden.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and simmer gently to thicken.
- Stir in gorgonzola until melted and silky.
- Add cooked pasta and a little pasta water to loosen the sauce.
- Finish with truffle oil, black pepper, and herbs; serve immediately.
