- 4 scrambled eggs (soft-cooked)
- 6 slices cooked crispy bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar & mozzarella blend
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Butter (melted, optional brush)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into equal rectangles.
- Spoon soft scrambled eggs onto half the rectangles, top with bacon pieces and a generous layer of cheese.
- Place another pastry rectangle on top, press edges to seal, and crimp with a fork.
- Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with parsley and a pinch of garlic powder.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until deeply golden and flaky. Cool slightly before serving for best cheese stretch.
