Description

Flaky, buttery pastry stuffed with eggs, bacon, and melted cheese for the ultimate handheld breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 4 scrambled eggs (soft-cooked)
  • 6 slices cooked crispy bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar & mozzarella blend
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Butter (melted, optional brush)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into equal rectangles.
  3. Spoon soft scrambled eggs onto half the rectangles, top with bacon pieces and a generous layer of cheese.
  4. Place another pastry rectangle on top, press edges to seal, and crimp with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with parsley and a pinch of garlic powder.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until deeply golden and flaky. Cool slightly before serving for best cheese stretch.
