Description

Crispy golden bread stuffed with juicy chicken, melty mozzarella, and vibrant basil pesto.


Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast (sliced)
  • Basil pesto
  • Fresh mozzarella slices
  • Ciabatta rolls
  • Tomato slices
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice ciabatta rolls in half and lightly brush the outsides with olive oil or butter.
  2. Spread a generous layer of basil pesto on the inside of each roll.
  3. Layer sliced chicken, fresh mozzarella, and tomato slices evenly.
  4. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
  5. Close sandwiches and place in a heated skillet or panini press over medium heat.
  6. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until bread is golden and crisp and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove, rest 1–2 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
