- 1/2 cup Basil pesto

- Butter, for toasting
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sear chicken in olive oil over medium heat until golden and fully cooked; rest briefly.
- Slice ciabatta rolls and lightly butter the cut sides.
- Spread pesto generously on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Layer sliced chicken, mozzarella, and tomato slices on top.
- Close sandwiches and toast in a pan or press until bread is crisp and cheese melts.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in pesto for 30 minutes before cooking.
