Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  3. Stir in cream and honey just until dough forms; don’t overmix.
  4. Drop or cut biscuits and place on baking sheet; bake until golden brown (12–15 minutes).
  5. Brush hot biscuits generously with melted honey butter.
  6. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze; drizzle over warm biscuits.
  7. Serve immediately for soft, sticky perfection.

Notes

  • For best results, use cold butter.
  • Do not overmix the dough to keep biscuits soft.
