- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté onion until soft and translucent.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in white beans and cook until warmed and lightly golden.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly blistered.
- Fold in spinach and cook just until wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and zest.
- Finish with Parmesan if using and serve warm as a bowl or side.
Notes
- For a vegan option, omit the Parmesan.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the heat level.
