Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 French bread (or baguette)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional for creaminess)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice bread lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Sauté shrimp with butter, garlic, salt, and pepper until just pink; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (optional), parsley, and Parmesan to spread over bread.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella generously, then layer shrimp evenly on top.
  5. Add more cheese over shrimp for extra melt.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with dipping sauce.
