Ingredients

- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 French bread (or baguette)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional for creaminess)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice bread lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
- Sauté shrimp with butter, garlic, salt, and pepper until just pink; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (optional), parsley, and Parmesan to spread over bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella generously, then layer shrimp evenly on top.
- Add more cheese over shrimp for extra melt.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the shrimp.
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
