Ingredients

Instructions
- Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl, then dip each lamb chop in the egg wash.
- Press lamb chops firmly into the breadcrumb mixture, coating all sides.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry lamb chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and cooked to desired doneness.
- Rest 5 minutes and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
