  • Italian seasoning or dried parsley
  • Olive oil or neutral oil (for frying)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in a separate bowl, then dip each lamb chop in the egg wash.
  4. Press lamb chops firmly into the breadcrumb mixture, coating all sides.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry lamb chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and cooked to desired doneness.
