Soft, golden buns stuffed with juicy seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlicky butter and parmesan.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef
- Cheese slices or cubes (cheddar or American)
- 1 can Biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Garlic butter (butter + garlic + parsley)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Onion (optional)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Egg wash
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and optional onion; splash in Worcestershire for flavor. Let cool slightly.
- Flatten dough pieces and place a spoonful of beef in the center with a cube or folded slice of cheese.
- Wrap dough around filling and pinch tightly to seal.
- Brush tops with egg wash and bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Melt butter with minced garlic and parsley.
- Brush warm bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Serve hot so the cheese pulls beautifully.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs to the garlic butter.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
