Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 810 Dinner rolls or biscuit dough
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 Onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper; drain excess fat.
  3. Flatten dough pieces and place a spoonful of beef and cheese in the center.
  4. Wrap dough around filling, sealing completely into a ball.
  5. Arrange seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and Italian seasoning.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more garlic or herbs to the filling.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
