- 1 lb Ground beef
- 8–10 Dinner rolls or biscuit dough
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 1 Onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper; drain excess fat.
- Flatten dough pieces and place a spoonful of beef and cheese in the center.
- Wrap dough around filling, sealing completely into a ball.
- Arrange seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and Italian seasoning.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more garlic or herbs to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
