Description

Juicy shrimp grilled to perfection and tossed in a zesty garlic-herb butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 4 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss shrimp in marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
  5. Melt butter in a small pan with garlic and parsley for finishing sauce.
  6. Toss hot shrimp in garlic butter until coated.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
