Juicy shrimp grilled to perfection and tossed in a zesty garlic-herb butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 4 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Toss shrimp in marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
- Melt butter in a small pan with garlic and parsley for finishing sauce.
- Toss hot shrimp in garlic butter until coated.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more herbs or spices to the marinade.
- Ensure shrimp are cooked until they are opaque and firm.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
