Description
A creamy pasta dish featuring tender steak cubes coated in garlic butter, served over delicious pasta.
Ingredients
- Steak (sirloin, ribeye or rump steak) – cut into cubes
- Pasta (fusilli or penne)
- Butter
- Minced garlic
- Heavy cream or a bit of pasta cooking water
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper
- Oil for searing
Instructions
- Cook the pasta al dente and reserve with a bit of cooking water.
- Season the steak cubes, then sear in a very hot pan with a drizzle of oil. Remove when browned.
- In the same pan, melt the butter and add the garlic.
- Add cream (or pasta water) + parmesan to create a creamy sauce.
- Toss the pasta with the sauce in the pan.
- Top with the steak pieces and drizzle lightly with garlic butter.
- Finish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use ribeye steak.
- Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste.
- Fresh parsley can be substituted with basil for a different flavor.
