Description

A creamy pasta dish featuring tender steak cubes coated in garlic butter, served over delicious pasta.


Ingredients

  • Steak (sirloin, ribeye or rump steak) – cut into cubes
  • Pasta (fusilli or penne)
  • Butter
  • Minced garlic
  • Heavy cream or a bit of pasta cooking water
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper
  • Oil for searing

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente and reserve with a bit of cooking water.
  2. Season the steak cubes, then sear in a very hot pan with a drizzle of oil. Remove when browned.
  3. In the same pan, melt the butter and add the garlic.
  4. Add cream (or pasta water) + parmesan to create a creamy sauce.
  5. Toss the pasta with the sauce in the pan.
  6. Top with the steak pieces and drizzle lightly with garlic butter.
  7. Finish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use ribeye steak.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste.
  • Fresh parsley can be substituted with basil for a different flavor.
