Ingredients
- Ground beef (1 lb)
- Garlic (5 cloves, minced)
- Butter (6 tbsp, divided)
- Parmesan cheese (1 cup, freshly grated)
- Linguine pasta (12 oz)
- Heavy cream (1 cup)
- Breadcrumbs (¼ cup)
- Egg (1 large)
- Parsley (for garnish)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and 2 cloves minced garlic; shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet; brown meatballs on all sides, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan; simmer until thickened into a creamy sauce.
- Boil linguine until al dente, then toss in the sauce.
- Return meatballs to the pan, coat them in sauce, and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Ensure the meatballs are cooked through before serving.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
