Description

Juicy golden meatballs drenched in garlic butter sauce, served over a bed of rich, silky Parmesan linguine.

Ingredients

  • Ground beef (1 lb)
  • Garlic (5 cloves, minced)
  • Butter (6 tbsp, divided)
  • Parmesan cheese (1 cup, freshly grated)
  • Linguine pasta (12 oz)
  • Heavy cream (1 cup)
  • Breadcrumbs (¼ cup)
  • Egg (1 large)
  • Parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and 2 cloves minced garlic; shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet; brown meatballs on all sides, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan; simmer until thickened into a creamy sauce.
  5. Boil linguine until al dente, then toss in the sauce.
  6. Return meatballs to the pan, coat them in sauce, and heat through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure the meatballs are cooked through before serving.
