Ingredients

- Garlic butter (butter + minced garlic)

- Italian seasoning
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and place a pizza stone or sheet pan inside.
- Stretch dough into a rustic rectangle or round; brush lightly with olive oil.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and brush generously over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly across the surface.
- Scatter chicken pieces and red onion slices on top.
- Finish with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden, bubbly, and crisp; garnish with fresh herbs.
