Ingredients
- Ground beef (1 lb)
- Shredded mozzarella (1½ cups)
- Refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough sheet (1 roll)
- Butter (3 tbsp, melted)
- Garlic powder (1 tsp)
- Onion powder (½ tsp)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Optional: ketchup or dipping sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough, then spoon cooked beef over the cheese.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into 1½-inch pieces.
- Mix melted butter and garlic powder; brush over the tops of each roll.
- Place rollups on a parchment-lined sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with ketchup or dipping sauce.
Notes
- Ensure the beef is well-drained to avoid soggy rollups.
- Feel free to add other toppings like pickles or mustard inside the rollups.
