Description

Cheesy, buttery, and beefy — everything you love about a burger wrapped into golden, pull-apart perfection.

Ingredients

  • Ground beef (1 lb)
  • Shredded mozzarella (1½ cups)
  • Refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough sheet (1 roll)
  • Butter (3 tbsp, melted)
  • Garlic powder (1 tsp)
  • Onion powder (½ tsp)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Optional: ketchup or dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  2. Roll out dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough, then spoon cooked beef over the cheese.
  4. Roll tightly into a log and slice into 1½-inch pieces.
  5. Mix melted butter and garlic powder; brush over the tops of each roll.
  6. Place rollups on a parchment-lined sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with ketchup or dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Ensure the beef is well-drained to avoid soggy rollups.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like pickles or mustard inside the rollups.
  • These rollups are best served hot and fresh from the oven.
