Ingredients

  • Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Mozzarella cheese cubes
  • Butter (melted)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Dried parsley
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
  3. Wrap dough around the cheese, sealing tightly to form a smooth ball.
  4. Arrange seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Mix melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Brush generously over each biscuit.
  6. Bake 13–16 minutes until deeply golden brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan while hot and serve warm for maximum cheese pull.
