Fluffy golden biscuit bites stuffed with molten cheese and brushed in rich garlic butter.
Ingredients
- Refrigerated biscuit dough
- Mozzarella cheese cubes
- Butter (melted)
- Garlic (minced)
- Dried parsley
- Grated Parmesan
- Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
- Wrap dough around the cheese, sealing tightly to form a smooth ball.
- Arrange seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Brush generously over each biscuit.
- Bake 13–16 minutes until deeply golden brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan while hot and serve warm for maximum cheese pull.
