Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter and cook ground beef until browned; season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
