Description

A smoky–spicy jalapeño popper–style burger smothered in molten cheese and a warm cream-cheese Fireball drizzle.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 Jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz Fireball whiskey
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Burger buns
  • Optional: sliced onions

Instructions

  1. Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; form into 4 patties.
  2. Grill or pan-sear patties over medium-high heat until browned and juicy.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt cream cheese with a splash of Fireball whiskey and a tiny bit of butter until smooth and pourable.
  4. Top each burger with cheddar cheese and jalapeño slices; cover to melt.
  5. Toast buns lightly in the skillet or on the grill.
  6. Assemble: bun → patty loaded with melted cheddar + jalapeños → generous drizzle of warm Fireball cream cheese sauce.
  7. Serve immediately with extra jalapeños on top.
