Description
A smoky–spicy jalapeño popper–style burger smothered in molten cheese and a warm cream-cheese Fireball drizzle.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 Jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 2 oz Fireball whiskey
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 Burger buns
- Optional: sliced onions
Instructions
- Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; form into 4 patties.
- Grill or pan-sear patties over medium-high heat until browned and juicy.
- In a small saucepan, melt cream cheese with a splash of Fireball whiskey and a tiny bit of butter until smooth and pourable.
- Top each burger with cheddar cheese and jalapeño slices; cover to melt.
- Toast buns lightly in the skillet or on the grill.
- Assemble: bun → patty loaded with melted cheddar + jalapeños → generous drizzle of warm Fireball cream cheese sauce.
- Serve immediately with extra jalapeños on top.
Notes
- For extra heat, use fresh jalapeños instead of pickled.
- Adjust the amount of Fireball whiskey in the cream cheese drizzle to taste.
- Serve with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
