- 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Melt the butter gently in a small saucepan over low heat until fully liquid.
- Add minced garlic and cook 30–60 seconds, just until fragrant (do not brown).
- Stir in chili garlic sauce, smoked paprika, and cayenne; keep heat low.
- Add lemon juice and honey, whisking until smooth and glossy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and finish with finely chopped parsley.
