Cute, colorful, and perfectly bite-sized holiday treats dipped in chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Baked vanilla or chocolate cake
  • Cream cheese frosting
  • White chocolate melts
  • Christmas sprinkles
  • Red and green candy melts
  • Vegetable oil (optional for thinning)
  • Cake pop sticks

Instructions

  1. Crumble cooled cake into a bowl and mix in cream cheese frosting until a soft, dough-like mixture forms.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt white, red, and green candy melts separately; add a touch of oil if needed for smooth dipping.
  4. Dip each stick tip into melted chocolate, insert into a cake ball, and chill again for 10 minutes.
  5. Dip each pop fully into melted chocolate and tap gently to remove excess.
  6. Decorate immediately with Christmas sprinkles, drizzles, or sugar crystals.
  7. Stand upright to set, then serve or wrap individually.

Notes

  • Ensure the cake is completely cooled before crumbling.
  • Use a variety of sprinkles for a festive look.
