Instructions
- Warm milk and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat—do not boil.
- Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Add chocolate and stir until fully melted and silky.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla.
- Pour into festive mugs.
- Top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and Christmas sprinkles.
- Serve immediately with a candy cane stir stick if desired.
