- 1 lb thin-sliced beef steak
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 cup provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Green peppers or jalapeños (optional)
- Mushrooms (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft and lightly caramelized; remove and set aside.
- Add steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook quickly until just browned.
- Stir in garlic and a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
- Return peppers and onions to the pan and toss to combine.
- Lower heat, top with cheese, and cover until melted.
- Spoon into bowls and serve hot.

- Feel free to add mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor.
