- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut pizza dough into 12 strips and tie each into a knot.
- Arrange knots on the sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Brush the warm garlic butter over baked knots.
- Sprinkle with parsley, Parmesan, and a touch of salt.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the garlic butter cool slightly before brushing it on the knots.
- These knots can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
