- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cans (5 oz each) canned tuna
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup milk or broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley, shredded mozzarella for extra melt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Cook egg noodles until just tender; drain.
- In a warm pot, melt cream cheese with a splash of milk/broth until smooth.
- Stir in tuna, peas, seasonings, and half the shredded cheese.
- Fold in noodles and transfer the creamy mixture to your casserole dish.
- Top generously with the remaining cheese.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly, golden, and cheese is deeply melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding chopped parsley on top before serving.
- Shredded mozzarella can be added for an extra cheesy topping.
