Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika or chili powder (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic; season well.
  3. Stir in corn, cream soup, and sour cream until creamy.
  4. Spread beef mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar generously over the top.
  6. Arrange tater tots evenly across the casserole.
  7. Bake until bubbly and golden, then garnish and serve hot.
