Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into balls and slightly flatten. Spoon or pipe marshmallow fluff in a spiral on top of each cookie.
  5. Use a toothpick to gently swirl for a marbled effect without mixing fully.
  6. Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  7. Cool completely so the marshmallow swirl sets into a glossy, sweet ribbon.
