Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into balls and slightly flatten. Spoon or pipe marshmallow fluff in a spiral on top of each cookie.
- Use a toothpick to gently swirl for a marbled effect without mixing fully.
- Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Cool completely so the marshmallow swirl sets into a glossy, sweet ribbon.
