Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil (for frying or baking)

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
