- 1 cup Dill pickles, chopped

- 1 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Set up dredging stations: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan in a third.
- Press chopped dill pickles lightly into the chicken, then dredge in flour, egg, and breadcrumb mixture.

- Drain briefly on paper towels if pan-fried.
