Description

Golden-crusted chicken stuffed with ham and melty Swiss, finished with a silky cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts (pounded thin)
  • 4 Swiss cheese slices
  • 4 slices Deli ham
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season flattened chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer ham and Swiss cheese on each breast, then roll tightly.
  3. Dredge rolls in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in panko.
  4. Sear rolls in butter until golden on all sides.
  5. Transfer to oven and bake until cooked through.
  6. Simmer cream, garlic, butter, and Dijon to make the sauce.
  7. Slice chicken, spoon sauce over top, and garnish with parsley.
