- 4 Chicken breasts (pounded thin)
- 4 Swiss cheese slices
- 4 slices Deli ham
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season flattened chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Layer ham and Swiss cheese on each breast, then roll tightly.
- Dredge rolls in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in panko.
- Sear rolls in butter until golden on all sides.
- Transfer to oven and bake until cooked through.
- Simmer cream, garlic, butter, and Dijon to make the sauce.
- Slice chicken, spoon sauce over top, and garnish with parsley.
