- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or shells)
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in tomato sauce and heavy cream, stirring to create a smooth, pink-orange sauce.
- Add Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, then simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, tossing until coated and creamy.
- Simmer another 2–3 minutes until the sauce clings to the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute the chicken with shrimp or vegetables for a different variation.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
