Description

A quick and delicious creamy tomato garlic chicken pasta skillet featuring tender chicken and pasta coated in a luscious, cheesy tomato garlic cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or shells)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce and heavy cream, stirring to create a smooth, pink-orange sauce.
  4. Add Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, then simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, tossing until coated and creamy.
  6. Simmer another 2–3 minutes until the sauce clings to the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute the chicken with shrimp or vegetables for a different variation.
