Ingredients
- Large round bread bowl
- Shrimp (peeled + deveined)
- Cream cheese
- Shredded mozzarella
- Garlic
- Butter
- Heavy cream
- Salt + pepper
- Parsley
- Optional: crab meat or scallops
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the top off the bread bowl and hollow it carefully.
- Sauté shrimp in butter and garlic until just pink; chop half of them, leaving the rest whole for topping.
- Melt cream cheese with heavy cream until smooth; stir in mozzarella and season well.
- Fold in chopped shrimp and optional crab/scallops to create a thick, creamy filling.
- Spoon filling into the bread bowl and place whole cooked shrimp on top.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until the bread edges are crisp and the top is lightly golden.
- Finish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

- For a richer flavor, consider adding more garlic.
