Description

Creamy Spinach Dip Pasta Salad is a must-try delight that combines the irresistible flavor of spinach artichoke dip with a cool, creamy pasta salad.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Penne pasta
  • 4 cups Fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 can (14 oz) Artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and cool completely.
  2. Roughly chop spinach and artichoke hearts.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add cooled pasta to the dressing and toss to coat.
  5. Fold in spinach and artichokes until evenly distributed.
  6. Chill for at least 10 minutes to let flavors blend.
  7. Stir once more before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
