- 1 cup roasted red peppers (drained)
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 small clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat roasted red peppers dry to prevent a watery dip.
- Add peppers, feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Stream in olive oil while blending for a silky finish.
- Season with red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and black pepper to taste.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and swirl the top with the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with crumbled feta, chopped parsley, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with warm pita.
