Description

A bold and silky Mediterranean spread made with smoky roasted red peppers and tangy feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers (drained)
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat roasted red peppers dry to prevent a watery dip.
  2. Add peppers, feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  4. Stream in olive oil while blending for a silky finish.
  5. Season with red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and black pepper to taste.
  6. Spoon into a serving bowl and swirl the top with the back of a spoon.
  7. Garnish with crumbled feta, chopped parsley, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with warm pita.
