- 8 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese or 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Optional: shredded cheddar for topping
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned.
- Stir in ranch seasoning and corn; cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add cream cheese or heavy cream to melt into a creamy ranch-style sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Top with a generous spoonful of sour cream and extra cracked pepper.
- Serve warm, optionally with cheddar sprinkled on top.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
