Description

A delicious and easy-to-make creamy ranch beef bowtie pasta skillet that combines tender pasta, seasoned ground beef, and a rich ranch sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese or 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Optional: shredded cheddar for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, sauté ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned.
  3. Stir in ranch seasoning and corn; cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add cream cheese or heavy cream to melt into a creamy ranch-style sauce.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat everything evenly.
  6. Top with a generous spoonful of sour cream and extra cracked pepper.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with cheddar sprinkled on top.
