Ingredients
- Mascarpone cheese
- Pistachio paste or finely ground pistachios
- Ladyfinger cookies
- Strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- Heavy cream
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Chopped pistachios (for topping)
- Optional: splash of coffee liqueur
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, pistachio paste, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the pistachio mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly into cooled coffee (do not soak).
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish, then spread pistachio cream evenly on top.
- Repeat layers, finishing with a thick cream layer.
- Chill at least 4 hours; dust with cocoa and sprinkle pistachios before serving.

- Ensure the coffee is cooled before dipping the ladyfingers.
