Ingredients

  • Ladyfinger cookies
  • Strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • Heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Chopped pistachios (for topping)
  • Optional: splash of coffee liqueur

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, pistachio paste, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the pistachio mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers briefly into cooled coffee (do not soak).
  5. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish, then spread pistachio cream evenly on top.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with a thick cream layer.
  7. Chill at least 4 hours; dust with cocoa and sprinkle pistachios before serving.
