Description

Creamy Parmesan Beef Linguine with Garlic Butter Sauce is a rich and buttery dish featuring linguine pasta tossed in a silky parmesan cream sauce and topped with savory ground beef.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until fully cooked; set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add reserved pasta water to loosen if needed.
  6. Toss linguine in the garlic butter Parmesan sauce until well coated.
  7. Plate pasta and top generously with seasoned beef and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the beef while cooking.
  • Make sure to reserve the pasta water as it helps to adjust the sauce consistency.
  • Fresh parsley adds a nice touch of color and flavor as a garnish.
