Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • Sour cream or guacamole (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, and seasonings until creamy and well combined.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of filling along one edge of each tortilla and roll tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and lightly spray tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with sour cream or guacamole for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
  • Can substitute chicken with shredded beef or beans for a vegetarian option.
