- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 12 small flour tortillas
- ¼ cup salsa
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
- Sour cream or guacamole (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, and seasonings until creamy and well combined.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of filling along one edge of each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and lightly spray tops with olive oil.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with sour cream or guacamole for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
- Can substitute chicken with shredded beef or beans for a vegetarian option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
