Ingredients

- 1 can Chickpeas (cooked & drained)
- 1 cup Green olives (pitted)
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- Cold water (as needed)
- Extra sliced olives (for topping)
Instructions
- Add chickpeas, olives, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor.
- Blend until roughly smooth.
- Stream in olive oil while blending.
- Add cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until creamy, adding cold water to reach desired texture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced olives and a drizzle of olive oil.

- Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
