  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for sautéing corn)

Instructions

  1. If using fresh or frozen corn, sauté briefly in butter until hot and lightly golden.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add warm corn to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
  4. Stir in most of the cotija cheese.
  5. Spoon corn mixture into serving cups.
  6. Top with extra cotija, chili powder, and cilantro.
  7. Finish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
