Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50–55 minutes until the center is just set.
  5. Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Pipe whipped cream swirls on top and garnish with lime slices and extra zest.
