- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50–55 minutes until the center is just set.
- Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Pipe whipped cream swirls on top and garnish with lime slices and extra zest.
- Serve cold for a refreshing, creamy bite.
