Description

Silky fettuccine coated in rich garlic Alfredo sauce with tender flakes of salmon—an easy, cozy weeknight win.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets (cooked & flaked)
  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Heavy cream
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper; sear in olive oil until just cooked, then flake.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until smooth; loosen with pasta water if needed.
  6. Add pasta and salmon, gently tossing to coat without breaking the fish.
  7. Finish with parsley, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, consider using half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or peas for extra nutrition.
  • Adjust the garlic amount based on your preference.
